Join Greenpoint Eco Schools on Saturday, June 8th, to plant a native meadow in Manhattan Avenue Street End Park!

Show your love for Newtown Creek on World Oceans Day! Join Friends of MASE Park for a community stewardship event along the banks of Newtown Creek.

Help plant native grasses and wildflowers to create a new meadow in the park. Plus, march in a Sea Serpent Puppet Parade to celebrate the Creek's nature and wildlife!

Storytelling, facepainting, children’s crafts, refreshments, and more!

  • Sea Serpent Parade: 12pm & 130pm
